At Evolve, we offer a wide range of class styles to provide you with the benefit of variety in one convenient location.

Classes are conducted seven days a week by expert trainers and small groups, creating an intimate, fun, high-intensity team workout. There is an emphasis on movement quality and conditioning the body to move efficiently and comfortably through the demands of 21st-century living.

CLASS TYPES

Our class types offered at Evolve are ever-changing as we do our best to keep up with current exercise and workout trends. Classes you see listed below may or may not be offered at any given time due to trainer availability and seasonal changes.

REFORMER PILATES

Reformer Pilates is one of the cornerstones of the Evolve brand. On state-of-the-art Allegro reformer beds, we do full body fun and high-intensity workouts with endless benefits. Our trainers are highly skilled and can accommodate all fitness levels in classes that blend the traditional Pilates principles with strength training and functional fitness. 

BOXING

Boxing Fit by Evolve will give you a cardio workout that’s sure to leave you sweating up in a storm. By combining boxing with functional fitness, they’re sure to get your heart rate pumping and muscles firing.

HIIT CIRCUIT

HIIT at Evolve utilises all exercise modalities we have available to create a fun, diverse and up-tempo team workout. Our HIIT class is designed to improve strength, endurance, and fitness by working your entire body. A killer workout and a heap of fun!

LIFT CLUB

Our Lift Club classes are Evolve’s take on the classic group weights training format. Each session is built around 3 main lifts, which are combined with smaller accessory lifts/exercises. Our Lift Club classes are designed to improve strength and power to tone and sculpt your body.

BARRE

Barre is a low impact full-body workout incorporating resistance work at the barre, mat Pilates and functional fitness. There is a focus on alignment and technique with movement to music to improve coordination in a fun workout on your way to longer and leaner muscles.

Our Evolve Membership is by far the best pricing option for those looking to train with us 4 or more times a week. For just $64.95 per week, the Evolve Membership will give you access to unlimited classes on our group schedule. The best part – absolutely no lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime!

Monthly Class Passes

(3-4 classes a week)

Our 12 and 15 Monthly Class Packs are fantastic value for those looking to do 3-4 sessions per week of your choice. At just $13-14 per class, this price point provides you with a discount as a reward for your consistency. These packs are valid for 30 days from the first session booked.

Bulk Class Passes

(2 or fewer classes a week)

Perfect for the casual visitor, our bulk class passes are the most flexible option available to you and are valid for 12 months so that you can use your sessions at your leisure. Are you only looking to do a casual class or can’t commit to anything consistent due to work or other commitments? This is the best option for you!
