Evolve Exercise Physiology is an approved Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) health care provider located in Somerville on the Mornington Peninsula.

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists provide exercise and rehabilitation services to both white and gold cardholders. We can help you by putting together safe and effective exercise programs tailored to the individual’s goals and needs.

AEP’s play an important role in helping you as healthcare professionals who can give you information and advice about exercise to help manage and prevent injuries and chronic conditions.

White Card Holders must have prior approval for Exercise Physiology treatment before commencing services.
