At Evolve, we provide individual, structured and functional exercise prescriptions to enhance recovery and capacity for return to work. Our AEP’s will provide you with active, movement-based therapies and education around how to avoid re-injury in the workplace.

We work towards progressive functional outcomes and find a Biopsychosocial approach to rehabilitation is imperative to positive outcomes by improving the injured worker’s function.

We take the time to understand the demands of pre-injury duties and design programs to assist in returning to work goals. We encourage injured workers to take an active role in their rehabilitation program by providing the education and tools necessary to achieve self-management of injury and activities.
